Following your booking confirmation, we will send you a message with your approximate pick-up time. We will look for you in the lobby, or in front of your hotel. Please note: If you are booking tickets within 30 minutes of the cruise departure time, a pickup service will not be possible, in this event, you should go straight to the departure point by other means of transport.

- Unless you have a SIM card with data access, it is highly recommended to use our pick-up services or book a transfer with your hotel to avoid being late or lost. If you'd like to book an extra pick-up service, let us know. The boat will arrive shortly before departure.
