Children's tickets are applicable to children under 12 years old or under 1.5 meters in height on the day of the performance.
50% off children's ticket usage rules: From May 6 to June 30, 2025, each adult who purchases a ticket can only bring one child who is under 12 years old or under 1.5 meters tall to enter the park to watch the performance (the purchasing adult refers to the purchaser who is 18 years old or older on the day of the park visit)
Notice for admission: Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by visitors aged 16 or above.
The park implements a one-person-one-seat-one-ticket system, and all people need to buy tickets to enter the venue to watch the performance. In order to ensure the safety of guests and the order in the venue, children and infants under the age of 3 or under 1.0 meters in height are not recommended to enter the venue on the day of the performance. If you insist on entering, you must buy a child ticket, and the guardian must assume the responsibility of caring for the accompanying children and infants
Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- If you purchase an ordinary seat ticket, seats are on a first-come, first-served basis. You can enter the park with the original valid mainland ID card you filled in when purchasing the ticket. If the ID you filled in when purchasing the ticket is a second-generation ID card for non-mainland residents, please follow the instructions in [How to Redeem] to collect the ticket online or go to the ticket window of Zhuhai Hengqin Chimelong Theater with the ticket purchase information to obtain the ticket or ticket voucher, and verify the entry with the ticket or ticket voucher
- If you purchase first-class or gold VIP tickets, you need to obtain your seat number through the ticket collection link and follow the prompts before entering the venue, and take your seat according to the reserved session. Ticket collection link: https://xzx.chimelong.com/scenicReserve
- If you purchase first-class or gold VIP tickets of the same seat level and need to seat consecutively, please purchase the same number of circus tickets for all persons in the same order. - If you purchase circus tickets of different seat levels, you cannot have consecutive seats. For example, ordinary seats cannot be consecutive with first-class seats.
