Following in the footsteps of the medieval pilgrims, your Quest begins in Dane John Gardens, rich in Roman history then winds you through the city’s picturesque streets and ending at the famous Christ Church Gates of Canterbury Cathedral. Along the way learn about famous Roman roads and scandalous assassinations, discover ancient castle ruins, walk along the Stour and maybe travel down one of the most haunted streets in all of England! As the Quest is self guided you can: * Start your Quest whenever you want with instant access * Go as fast as you want and try to top the leaderboard, or go at your own pace, stopping for rest breaks along the way. So gather your team, lace up your boots and get ready to explore the sights, discover hidden gems and ultimately, conquer your Canterbury Quest. An ideal outdoor activity for couples, families, groups of friends, and can be the perfect team building activity.

- Your Quest will begin at the entrace to Dane John Gardens off Watling Street. The app will guide you through the rest of your adventure. You can start your adventure whenever you choose, although we strongly suggest you begin your Quest so you can complete it during daylight hours.

TO ACCESS YOUR QUEST, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING: Your Redemption Code can be found under the Bar Code on your ticket. It will begin with the letters RC. Starting Location: At the entrance to Dane John Gardens off Watling Street Ending Location: Outside Canterbury Cathedral Precinct In Buttermarket Square Things To Bring With You: • Fully charged mobile device! It might be a good idea to bring a charger or battery pack with you just in case. • Paper and pen to help you work out puzzles. • Comfortable shoes and weather appropriate clothing (it is an outdoor adventure). • We’ve added what3words addresses within the app to make it easier to find Quest locations when using map hints. Please download this app as it is REQUIRED for one question. To Redeem Your Code: Each team member needs to download the Go Quest Adventures app and create a profile. You can find the App both on the App Store and the GooglePlay Store. Choose a Quest Leader who will be responsible for inputting answers into the app. Once inside the app, click ADD QUEST from the Your Quests page. Enter the Redemption Code and the Quest will be added to Your Quests page. Open the Quest and follow the instructions. Add Players: Quest Leaders can invite other players to have read only access to the game to play along. Team players should click on ADD QUEST on their own device and then enter the code that will be displayed on the Quest Leader’s mobile device once inside the game.
