What's included in Caltagirone Day Tour – Private Experience
(Subject to Option Inclusions)The Caltagirone Day Tour is a private activity which offers our guests the chance to visit the capital city of pottery and ceramics. A driver will drive you on a private car and will be your guide for the day, showing the highlights of the city. You will walk on the main road of Caltagirone, will have time to visit the charming diocesan cloister, the museum and the beautiful Neo-gothic chapel. Then, you will visit the cathedral and walk towards the scenic staircase. According to your preferences, you will visit a pottery lab and a ceramic store before or after lunch. Lunch will be at a genuine Sicilian tavern, where you will taste authentic food from local farmhouses and wine. After lunch you will visit a church by the staircase with pictures of the illuminated stairs and nativity scenes from the religious missions. All transportations included.
