- We provide wetsuits, dry jackets, Buoyancy Aids, Helmets, Paddles, Raft and Guide
- We don't include shoes with laces and tread, swimwear (to go under your wetsuit) or a towel.
- Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels

You will make your own way to the meeting points
Meeting / End Points
- If water is better in the North we move the meeting point to Penrith for a longer trip, so allow a large time buffer on the day. All information is confirmed via email after booking online, and the final location will be confirmed 24 hours before meeting.
Redeem
Ticket Redemption
Final meeting details will be sent via email. The meeting location can vary between Newby Bridge (3.5 hour trip) or Penrith (5 hour trip) so always be mindful to add a time buffer to make sure you get full enjoyment. We move the meeting points to make sure you have the best possible time, and as we use natural rivers, the levels can be unpredictable. We will make sure you have a brilliant adventure wherever we meet - we can't wait to see you on the water!
