Drop off at 10:00 am Delivery before 6:00 pm
Drop off at 4:00 pm Delivery before 8:00 pm
Drop-off after 4:00 pm, Next day delivery before 6:00 pm

Drop-off at 1:00 pm, customer can pick up the luggage after 6.00 PM.
Drop-off after 1:00 pm, Smilelugg checks delivery status and informs customers whether the luggages can be delivered or not.

-Luggage Drop-off process-
- From Airport
1. Please proceed to drop-off your luggage at Smilelugg counter at Suvarnabhumi airport.
2. Enter the Over The Planet reservation code into the Smilelugg tracking page.
3. Take a photo of your luggage and upload it to the Smilelugg tracking system.
- From Hotel
1. Please proceed to drop-off your luggage at hotel reception and let them know that “ Smilelugg will come to pick them up”.
2. Enter the Over The Planet reservation code into the Smilelugg tracking page.
3. Take a photo of your luggage and upload it to the Smilelugg tracking system.
4. You are NOT required to wait for Smilelugg staff to collect the luggage once depositing it at the hotel.
*Baggage status can only be checked on the tracking system one hour after the order is completed.
-Insurance of luggage storage service & luggage delivery service : Up to 50,000 Baht/Luggage conditions-
- In case of lost
- Something that can be proven (Receipts and photos of products, etc.) We will replace it with a new one or refund up to 50,000 Baht/Luggage.
- For items that cannot be proven, we will refund up to 10,000 Baht/Luggage.
- In case of damage or malfunction
-If your luggage (suitcase, etc.) or the items inside your luggage are damaged or malfunction, we will refund up to 10,000 Baht/Luggage.
- In case of delivery is delayed
- If the customer is able to wait at the pick-up location, the package will be delivered using the fastest way as soon as possible.
- If the customer is unable to wait at the pick-up location or is moving to a next destination due to travel time, we will use the suitable method to deliver the luggauge to the customer. (EMS, air-freight, sea-freight, etc.)
*The maximum delivery fee that we will prepare for each luggage. 2,000 baht (domestic delivery), 6,000 baht (overseas delivery).
