He will assist and guide you to do all the process inside the airport , but you will not get fast lane when immigration process (in queue) but the personal assistant will still direct you to find the shortest queue during immigration.   • Assistance includes arrival at the baggage carousel, customs clearance, and handover to the airport representative, driver, or family members outside the airport. On departure, it covers check-in, immigration processes, and escort to the boarding gate. These services are limited to within the airport area only

— VIP Luxury Package —

  • VIP Luxury includes all VIP Basic services, with additional features such as a porter to assist with up to three pieces of luggage and access to the executive lounge upon departure or the baggage waiting room upon arrival

  • Infants will be charged at the adult rate, as children ages 0 to 1 will be counted as adults

  • For immigration inspections, please keep your airline ticket accessible; otherwise, your entry may be denied
