The knowledgeable guide explains how each ingredient is selected and its role in Thai cooking.
After the market visit, participants return to the cooking school to learn how to prepare traditional Thai dishes, like Pad Thai, Green Curry, Tom Yum Soup, and mango sticky rice. Each cooking station is set up for individuals, ensuring a personalized experience. Instructors walk participants through each step, offering tips on preparation techniques and cooking methods to bring out the rich, balanced flavors of Thai cuisine.

Baan Hongnual Cookery School
A Lanna style school located in a country-side village, Just 15 minutes from the city of Chiang Mai. The school offers lessons in how to cook delicious Thai food, Thai sweets, fruit-carving and presentation. The atmosphere surrounding the school is filled with warmth, understanding empathy and helpfulness, all representing ancient, traditional Lanna custom and culture.
