Our groups are small so you will have a very personalized experience, everybody gets to participate in the cozyness of local home. You will be cooking very traditional and local family recipes and using local and fresh ingredients. We will surprise you with ingredients that are native to Mexico and you will discover how to use them. We promise that you will have one of the best meals of your trip.
When you get to the class we will share with you some context and history of the ingredients and dishes we are about to use and cook, showing you all the fresh ingredients, then we will start with all the preparation and cook from 3 to 4 dishes and soft drinks. When we finish cooking we will eat what we cook. You will get digital recipes by email. We change the menu according to local and fresh ingredients available, so is not always the same food.
