Note: Infants and young children will be counted as passengers Standard luggage size: 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or baby strollers. Large luggage: will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. Overload risk: If you have a lot of or large luggage, it is recommended that you book a suitable vehicle type so that you can carry all the luggage. The extra costs incurred due to failure to follow the reasonable number of passengers and luggage load recommended by the vehicle model shall be borne by the passenger. If the rental time range exceeds the time limit, an overtime fee will be charged directly by the driver. Please pay it directly to the driver in cash. 2. Child seats are not mandatory. Please make an appointment in advance if you need them. The supplier can provide 1 child seat free of charge. The child seat occupies 1.5 people's space and may affect the passenger or luggage capacity. Please be sure to confirm in advance. Additional child seats require an additional fee of 2000 yen/piece/day. More than two safety seats need to be confirmed with customer service.
3. The total duration of the chartered car service is 8 hours. The pick-up and drop-off points are both in hotels or B&Bs in Akita City (for out-of-town pick-ups, the driver will be given idle time or additional fees depending on the actual situation). The service time is 08:00-20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the attractions.
4. Empty car fee: There may be a price difference when starting or ending in a different place. If it occurs, the customer service will confirm with you again after placing the order.
5. Please be sure to leave your LINE ID or WhatsApp or WeChat number when ordering (after reserving, please turn on the add friend setting so that the local Japanese staff can contact you in time).
6. After placing an order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication and arrange the vehicle. The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at the latest 3 hours before the use of the car). Please note that you must wait for the driver to pick you up in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
7. If the actual use of the car exceeds the service time or the travel distance, an overtime fee/extra kilometer fee will be charged.
8. If the total trip exceeds 250 kilometers, JPY300/km will be charged.
9. For guests who book a single car and stay in cities outside Akita City, an additional subsidy of JPY8,000 will be required to cover the driver's accommodation costs.
