We provide pre-arranged reliable transportation experience for our clients to destinations between Calgary Airport (YYC) and Calgary Downtown. Travel time is subject to traffic conditions and unexpected weather delays.
You can choose to be picked up from a list of locations, or alternatively, have the choice to make your own way to the meeting points
*** Clients are met at the pickup location and transported to their destination. *** * We will attempt to reach you upon arrival via your provided contact information, ie text, phone, or email. *** Airport Pickup Notes *** * For airport arrivals, we will arrive at the scheduled time, please notify us of any flight delays and cancellations as soon as possible, we will also monitor your flight for delays and cancellations to the best of our ability and will work to reschedule your pickup to meet you within 20 minutes of your flight arrival to accommodate for time it takes to clear customs and retrieve your luggage. * For international arrivals, we will meet you after you clear the customs area and pickup your luggage, then exit past the customs counter through the secure doors to the meeting area D. * For domestic arrivals, we will meet our clients either by the luggage carousal or meeting area A, B or C depending on your flight gate. * We will also be holding a sign such as a Paper/IPhone/IPad with your name on it.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy • To receive a full refund, travelers may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience’s start time in it’s local time zone. No refunds will be given after that time period • Rescheduling before or during these 24 hours may be available due to illness, flight delays, or flight cancellation if we are notified before the driver’s departure to the scheduled reservation pickup location on a case-by-case basis. • Please notify us as soon as possible if you are referred to secondary customs inspections. Rescheduling due to referrals to secondary customs inspection which can take 1 to 2 additional hours or several hours and will incur late fees of $50 per hour or up to the full cost of a new booking with no refund for the original booking. • We may reserve the right to cancel a customer's booking at anytime for a full refund or accommodate a rescheduling in case of bad weather, dangerous conditions on route or in the departure or destination area, for example; bridge or road closures with no viable alternative route, snowstorms flooding, tornadoes, and/or fire
