We'll shuttle from San Miguel de Allende to visit one of the best local vineyards located approximately 25 minutes away. We will tour the beautiful Winery inside and out with its unique personality, grandiose architecture, and majestic vistas. We will walk the fields and smell the essence of the vines and grapes (green seasons only spring & summer). Next we will explore the biggest wine cellar in the region where the wine is aged and you will learn all about the wine culture and production process in Mexico. At this point is when the fun really begins as you seat down in the beautiful "Terruño Restaurant" where you will enjoy a 5 or 3 course luncheon menu prepared by a Mexican chef. As each dish is brought to you, we will explain what the dish is and how it was prepared. Each course will be paired with a delicious and internationally award-winning wine produced locally and specifically selected to give you the ultimate gastronomic experience.
