- 4:00-6:00 meet the pilot 45 minutes prior to sunrise (Summer: 4:00, Autumn and Spring: 4:45-5:30, and Winter: 6:00)
- Go to the launch site with the pilot
- Assist with the inflation of the hot air balloon
- 1-hour hot air balloon scenic flight along with the in flight commentary of the pilot
- Participate in the deflation of the hot air balloon after landing
- Go back to Ipswich and enjoy your sumptuous sit down restaurant breakfast (optional)
- 8:00-10:00 end of activity, transfer return to Brisbane (optional)
