Overall a very good experience at this hotel. We were allocated a room in The Gatehouse which was very nice and well appointed. Staff in the hotel were very friendly particularly in the restaurant. We had an excellent meal although as with all Farmonts it was pricey.

The Banff Springs Hotel team went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Check-in was super efficient and we were made to feel very special with a card signed by the front desk staff wishing us a happy anniversary.
