Things To Know
- After placing the order, you need to confirm it again because the price fluctuates due to the exchange rate. There is a chance you will need to pay the price difference.
- How to use the voucher: Go to the ticket gate to verify your entry with your name and QR code.
- If you purchase multiple tickets in one order, please enter the park together. Split verification or partial refund or change will not be accepted.
- The scenic spot has a unified purchase limit on all platforms. For the same travel day, each ID card/mobile phone number is limited to 3 tickets. The ticket is valid for the date selected at the time of purchase.
- To ensure safety, the scenic spot may adjust the opening and closing times, project or performance opening times due to abnormal weather, special events, tourist saturation, equipment maintenance and other force majeure factors. Please refer to the on-site announcement of the scenic spot on the day.
- All attractions will be regularly inspected daily, weekly and annually. The related inspections may cause some attractions to be delayed or temporarily closed. Please refer to the on-site announcement for details.
- Electronic tickets have the same benefits as tickets purchased at the ticket window, and are not valid for items in the scenic area that are charged separately; please refer to the park announcement for charging items.
- Tickets can only be used once and are valid on the same day. You need to buy another ticket to enter the park again after leaving the park.
- The following items are not allowed to be brought into the park: dangerous items specified by law (including but not limited to: fireworks, firecrackers and other flammable and explosive items and other similar harmful items, poisonous substances, controlled knives, guns, etc.); food (except baby food), beverages (except drinking water below 600 ml, drinking water must be tasted on the spot when entering the park), alcoholic beverages and canned or glass beverages; visitors are advised to enjoy the food they bring before entering the park (the park does not provide food storage services), compressed bottled liquids (including but not limited to perfume spray, anti-wolf spray, etc.); pets or other animals (except service animals for people with disabilities); play equipment with pulleys, such as skates and shoes with pulleys, skateboards, scooters, electric balance cars, bicycles; colorful flags, gongs and drums, tweeters, remote control toys, banners, etc.; swimming rings, floating rafts, hovercrafts, surfboards and other inflatable water play equipment with a diameter greater than 0.5 meters, balls; large professional photography, photography and tools, large tripods, folding chairs and stools.
- The following activities are prohibited in the park: selling or exchanging any items or services without permission, including but not limited to any form of guided tour services; distributing or displaying any form of printed or recorded materials, or using any flags, banners or signs; campfires, barbecues, camping; feudal superstitious activities such as begging and divination; feeding animals in the park, including birds; flying kites, operating remote control devices, such as drones and remote control toys; parades, rallies, speeches, square dances, street performances, theme activities, public gatherings, etc. without the park's permission; commercial photography or video recording (except for personal use and non-commercial purposes); any behavior that hinders or disrupts the normal operation of the park.
- Please take care of the hygiene, public facilities, safety equipment, etc. in the park. Do not touch the plants and greenery in the park to avoid allergies. If you find any malfunction or inconvenience in use, please inform the nearest staff. In addition, you can also learn about the latest developments in the park through the park broadcast and LED large screen.
- If you violate the relevant provisions of this code or affect the safety of the theme park and Qushuiwan Commercial District and cause nuisance to other tourists, we will ask you to leave the attraction immediately without any compensation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
