Present it at the designated scanning area at the entrance. 4. Once the QR code is successfully scanned, you can immediately enter the Yungang Grottoes and start exploring the amazing ancient caves, filled with remarkable Buddhist sculptures and carvings. If you choose the ticket-only option, your guide will meet you at the main entrance with a sign displaying your name at your scheduled time. For those who opt for the combined guide and private transportation service, they will pick you up at your hotel in Datong to start the day's itinerary. You can also choose combo packages that include visits to the Hanging Temple and other scenic spots within Datong city.
