- Wear or bring shoes and clothes that can get wet, and bring a change of dry clothes that you can keep in the on-site lockers; please use chemical-free insect repellent. Bring a towel
- Remember to bring cash or a credit card for your photo pass and souvenir purchases.
- Minimum age: 5 years old. Kids: From 5 to 11 get half off the adult ticket price. Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Zipline requirements: Minimum height/weight is 4.5 feet (137 cm) or 88 lbs (40 kg); the maximum weight is 300 lbs (136 kg); maximum waist width is 51 inches (130 cm) and leg width 25 inches (65 cm)
- Minimum age to drive the amphibious vehicles is 18, and all drivers must have a valid driver's license
- Days of operation are subject to availability and changes.
- In the event of a no-show, tickets are non-refundable but can be used on another day.

Ticket Redemption
If you have an admission ticket, please present your printed or digital voucher and photo ID at the ticket office at the park to obtain a bracelet for entering into the park. You can get to the park by using the local transportation system "Colectivo", ADO busses or by taxi. - Cancún is 1 hour away - Playa del Carmen is 15 min away - Tulum is 45 min away To access the park you must go to the ticket office and present your photo ID and your printed or digital voucher.
