The experience is made truly special by Tiziana's guidance and the setting in a 17th century palace. She is a certified Mortar Pesto expert and will show you how to create the best pesto you have ever tasted.
In this cooking class, you will prepare the authentic Pesto alla Genovese with me, using the finest basil in the world and a traditional marble mortar. We will then use the pesto to dress homemade gnocchi, which we will make together. To conclude, we will enjoy a delicious tiramisu. After the preparation, we'll sit down together to enjoy the dishes we've made, along with the focaccia that I prepared beforehand. We'll pair our meal with some prosecco, and I’ll happily offer one bottle for every three people. You don’t need to bring anything; all materials will be provided by me.
