Visit a Spice Farm and hike Jozani Forest to Help Zanzibar People
Jozani Forest is a feast of discoveries of flora and fauna unique to Zanzibar. A site guide will show you all types of tress that are found in that area. You will see monkeys, including the rare red monkeys found only in Zanzibar, playing in the trees very nearby and may see rare birds or an anteater shuffling through the brush. You will visit mangroves and learn about their importance to the eco system. At the spice farm a guide will point out natural spices that you can taste. You will see the butterfly climber who climbs a coconut tree. After that there will be a short break to taste sesonal fruits.
A unique feature of all of our tours is that just by booking with us, you will be helping to support our local charities focused on educating underpriviledged women and children. A portion of your fee will automaticlly be deducted for our community projects. We thank you in advance for helping the people of Zanzibar!

Jozani
In Jozani forest you will meet with a site guide who is going to show you all types of tress that are found in that area. While in the forest, you will see red monkeys which are only in Zanzibar, Take pictures and video as they come very close and swing through the trees. Finally, you will take a short ride to magroves where you can take pictures as you walk along the walkway, and get information about how people grow magroves and why they plant mangrove.s This tour will take about 2 and a half hrs.
Jambo Spice Farm
You will spend 2 hours visiting the spice farm with a guide who will point out natural spices and have you taste them. You will also see the butterfly climber who is going to climb coconut tree. You can take video and sing a song together. After that there will be a short break to test sesonal fruits. And finally you can visit a small local shop where the community sells spices. You can buy fresh spices to take home.
