- Participants must be able to follow their guide for approximately 3 hours. The Palace of Versailles is very crowded, and we must adhere to the scheduled visiting times. Additionally, the guide will not be able to provide personal assistance. If you have walking difficulties, health issues, or any other concerns, we suggest reconsidering your participation in this tour to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

ATTENTION: (*) We would like to inform you that, due to particularly difficult traffic conditions in Paris, we have had to limit our pickup zones in order to ensure a high-quality service for our clients. Traffic congestion and circulation restrictions make travel in certain parts of the city very complex and unpredictable. Therefore, we currently provide pickup and drop-off services only in the western districts of Paris, namely the 1st, 6th, 7th, 8th, 15th, and 16th arrondissements, as well as in the western areas of the 2nd, 5th, 14th, and 17th arrondissements. This decision allows us to adhere to our scheduled times and minimize any inconvenience for our clients. However, for groups of more than 5 people, we do offer pickup and drop-off services throughout all the districts of Paris. We appreciate your understanding and kindly ask you to check your email regularly, as we will send a confirmation of your final pickup time 1 to 2 days before your visit.

Versailles Guided Tour: 2:30 hours, Free time (Gardens): 2:00 hours | Giverny: 2:00 hours. For children, museums may also request proof of age Please be ready on time at the meeting point (In front your hotel, or outside your apartment). If you miss your pick-up, it will not be refunded. It is important to note that we cannot pick up all our clients at exactly 8:30 am or 11:30 am simultaneously. This time is indicated as the first pickup time and the one written on all our vouchers. You will receive a confirmation of your updated pick-up time by email 1/2 days before your tour date. Please check your email frequently or contact us directly. In case of amendment request from our side, customers must be reachable. If you are a travel agency, please enter our mutual customer information when booking We would like to remind you that to participate in our tour, all participants must be declared in advance.(baby or child) Motorized wheelchair prohibited in the museum Unfortunately, we cannot accept last-minute additions without prior notice. We would like to emphasize that if, on the day of the tour, we find an undeclared person joining the group, we reserve the right to deny their participation in the tour without any possibility of refund. Our tours are very limited, and we are unable to cancel or modify bookings at the last minute for any reason. Additionally, tickets are non-refundable by the museums. In case of cancellation within 24 hours of the event date, or in the event of a no-show, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
