Safaga
Start your journey with an early pickup from your hotel in Marsa Alam at approximately 3:00 AM. Travel in comfort by private car to Safaga, arriving around 4:40 AM. Upon arrival in Safaga, you’ll join a larger group and board a comfortable, air-conditioned tourist bus coming from Hurghada. From there, continue your journey to Luxor, enjoying a scenic 3-hour drive through the landscapes of Upper Egypt. Once in Luxor, your historical adventure begins — a day filled with ancient wonders, iconic temples, and the rich heritage of Egypt’s most legendary city.
Temple of Karnak
Discover the fascinating world of ancient Egypt, while visiting the most beautiful sights around the city. Then have a breathtaking view of the river Nile and the monuments and the tombs across the river. Start at the Temple of Karnak and admire the porticoes, chapels, and the sacred lake of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Afterward, we take you for an enjoyable lunch in a finely selected restaurant in Luxor and drive to the other bank of the Nile.
Valley of the Kings
We will heading to the second stop which will take about 20 minutes to get there by car. Listen to the history behind some of the hotspots from your Egyptologist tour guide after floating back down to earth. Visit the Valley of the Kings, home to some of Egypt’s most enchanting pharaonic temples and royal tombs. Behold the spectacular tombs of Kings Ramesses III, Ramesses VI, and Merneptah. Here you will also have the option to explore the tomb of King Tutankhamun.
