Step into a cozy venue in Amsterdam, where the aroma of caramel and freshly baked dough welcomes you to an authentic Dutch experience. Your instructor will share on the fascinating history of stroopwafel, a beloved Dutch specialty since the 18th century. Don your apron and gather around as the guide demonstrates how to craft the perfect stroopwafel, from mixing the dough to achieving that golden, crispy texture. Cook your dough to perfection on a traditional iron. Enjoy drizzling warm, gooey syrup—the 'stroop"—between the thin waffle layers, sealing the sweet treat.
While your creations cool, take a break with a cup of coffee or tea and mingle with fellow baking enthusiasts. As the workshop ends, pack up one of your stroopwafels to take home, along with new skills and sweet memories
