What's included in The Peaks Quest Running Tour (Moderate-Hard)
(Subject to Option Inclusions)This trail running experience starts on the 3rd highest peak of Madeira - Pico Areeiro (1818m) crosses by some steep trails and lots of steps through the scenic central mountain range of the island, crossing Pico das Torres (2nd highest - 1851m) by tunnels, and climbing to the top of the island - Pico Ruivo (1862m). The way back is made my the same trail, but always with new and unexpected views. The track is a 12km long and about 1.000m elevation gain/loss. The terrain is made mostly of rocky paved parts, dirt and lots of steps.

Pickup and Dropoff
You can choose to be picked up from a list of locations, or alternatively, have the choice to make your own way to the meeting points
Please arrive at the pick up point 60 minutes before departure time.
Additional Information
We pick up the travelers from Funchal at the place they're staying. If out of Funchal, we pick up earlier.
Meeting / End Points
- If you want to go to the meeting point, you should wait in front of "CR7 Off-Side Bar" on Pestana CR7 Hotel. The pickup will be at 9.00am.
