As we leave the city we will take you along the coast to arrive at Killiney Hill. Here we bring you on a short walk to take in the spectacular views of Dublin Bay, Then cut away form the city and take in rocky coastal scenery as you head into the Wicklow Mountains.
This stop brings you to Avoca Handweavers, Kilmacanogue. Enjoy a coffee and homemade scone or shop for fine handmade goods (own expense).
We leave Avoca and take a route that the big tour coaches can't, through Enniskerry and Glencree and deep into the real Wild Wicklow Mountains and Sally Gap.
You will make your own way to the meeting points
• Make sure you have advised us of your chosen pickup point at least 24 hours prior to the tour. • It is recommended to wear comfortable walking shoes, a warm sweater and of course the essential light rain jacket... this is Ireland and as we say over here "If you can see the mountains it is going to rain and if you can't see them it is raining!" The tours run everyday rain or shine, either way you will have a great time! • The time on your ticket may vary to the time at your requested pickup point. See wildwicklow.ie/pickup-points for full details on times and pickup locations. • We aim to be back in the City by 5.30pm/6pm
