- A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
- Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
- Activity arrangements will be adjusted based on participant conditions/facility conditions/weather factors, with safety and overall quality as the highest consideration
- Outside of activity hours, never approach dangerous areas without authorization to avoid accidents
- If the weather or on-site conditions are not good during the activity, please follow the instructions of the coach and team leader
- Use team spirit to assist teammates and never leave the team to act alone
- In the case of typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rains, road conditions, and other force majeure factors, the company reserves the right to change the itinerary, such as postponement or cancellation
- If there are any changes due to factors such as weather or event venue, we will notify you by phone in advance
- Please wear light clothing, and those who are nearsighted should try to wear contact lenses
- Please bring your own seasickness medicine and take it 30 minutes before
- Please bring enough water (2,000 cc), sunscreen, mosquito repellent, rain gear, changing clothes, and bath towels
- Please do not bring valuables with you
- If you do not participate in the event due to personal reasons during the non-cancellable period, extensions and refunds will not be accepted (examples of personal factors: diagnosis, injury, menstrual period, car accident, oversleeping, etc.)
- The activity will run as usual on rainy days. If the Central Weather Bureau issues sea/land or heavy rain warnings, the activity will be postponed or canceled
- If the above-mentioned alarm takes effect during the activity or the coach judges that the activity cannot be carried out safely and terminates the activity early, no refunds or replacements will be arranged
- If a participant is overdue for more than 20 minutes from the meeting time, the registration will be automatically canceled and no additional waiting will be required or participants will be accepted to join the event midway. Participants who are unable to participate in the event due to lateness/no-show will not be refunded or postponed. If there is a slight delay (within 20 minutes), please inform the coach of the day 15-20 minutes before the meeting
