For those who yearn to experience the spirit of nomads, embark on an exhilarating horseback expedition through the vast expanses of the Kazakh steppe, just outside the capital! Immerse yourself in the rich traditions of this region, savoring authentic Kazakh snacks and warm hospitality, while riding beautiful horses. If you are experienced enough, you can have the once in a life time opportunity to gallop in the endless Kazakh steppe. In the morning, you will be picked up from your location in Astana and brought to the Taiburyldyn Shabysy Ranch. Upon arrival, meet your instructors and horses and settle into the ranch's welcoming atmosphere. Start your adventure by meeting the horses and participating in their morning feeding. Learn the basics of horsemanship and enjoy your first ride, exploring the peaceful surroundings along the river Nura. Enjoy a traditional Kazakh lunch (in the yurt during the summer, otherwise, at the ranch), then explore the Kabanbai Batyr Mausoleum, where you'll learn about the life of this legendary Kazakh hero. Back at the ranch, unwind with a sauna and a delicious Kazakh dinner. After the sauna and the dinner, you will transported back to Astana.
