The time on your ticket is the time of the Cruise departure. The cruise departs from SLIP 4, located by the water At pier 36 behind the building. Check in with personnel at the boat. Please aim to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Check-in closes 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Cruises depart on time and cannot be held for latecomers To reschedule your booking within 24-hours of departure please call Attractions4Us at +1 212 512 0515. Call center hours (EST) are Monday-Friday 8.30AM - 7.30PM; Weekends & Holidays 8.30AM - 8.30PM. There is a $15 per person rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
