Inclusions

  • Please confirm eSIM compatibility before purchase. Once the eSIM is issued, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • iPhones and Android phones sold in China, Hong Kong, and Macau do not support eSIM. Most Android phones sold in Taiwan are also incompatible.
  • The eSIM is valid for redemption within 21 days from date of issue. Please install your eSIM within the validity period.
  • Each Passport holder can only register up to 3 Prepaid SIM cards (regardless of service provider).
  • The person registering the eSIM must be at least 18 years old.
  • eSIM registration with passport will be subjected to thirty (30) days validity as per IMDA’s regulations.
  • The quality of communication may be affected by outside conditions such as surrounding landforms (i.e. mountains), location, weather, obstruction by buildings or the number of users.
