Upon arrival in Sintra, head directly to the Pena Palace ticket office. This is the designated point for check-in, not the park entrance. Your actual Skip-the-Line ticket will be emailed to you after your booking. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) for the ticket before your visit. It’s recommended to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled entry time to ensure a smooth check-in process. At the ticket office, show your emailed ticket (either printed or on your mobile device) to be scanned for entry. This may include a QR code or ticket number.
