Options available can vary based on the departure time you selected at booking and the duration of the itinerary. Please return the bicycle to the Onomichi base by 18:00.
- We cannot assist you if the battery runs out of charge due to mileage or usage. In addition, in the case of breakdowns such as flat tires, we may not be able to rush to your location or situation, so you may need to use a taxi service.
- If you have vehicle trouble with your E-BIKE, please contact Onomichi Base (0848-21-5120).
- If you would like to use E-BIKE vehicle insurance, please check the details and complete the procedures yourself. The insurance will be subject to the insurance you have subscribed to at Onomichi Base.
- Days when the service is unavailable may change due to public holidays. Onomichi Base is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- Please choose from two types of E-BIKE: Daytona DE01 (folding type) or DE03 (sports type). (We may not be able to accommodate your request due to the number of bikes available.) If you do not specify, we will leave it to you.
- Please use a bag that does not fill your hands. If you would like to have your luggage stored, please let us know in advance. (Valuables cannot be left behind)
- A copy of the representative's ID is required to rent a bicycle. Please bring an ID that shows your name, address, and other contact information.
