Welcome to Café Kool, where you can indulge in a lavish buffet with family and friends, savouring a delightful array of international specialties. We offer a selection of fresh seasonal cold seafood, including Boston lobster (dinner only), crab legs, and brown crab, paired with flavourful grilled meats, aromatic Asian hot dishes, and exquisite desserts. These dishes will be served in rotation during designated breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet times.
The Golden Era Feast buffet has been launched with new old-Hong Kong themed decoration! Guests can enjoy classic Hong Kong desserts such as white sugar cake, red bean soup and herbal jelly, reminiscing about the flavours of old Hong Kong. At the same time, we have curated a selection of Hong Kong-style dai pai dong delicacies, including Steamed Lobster and Glass Vermicelli with Garlic, Shatin Roasted Pigeon, and Wok-fried Seafood with Chive, taking you on a journey through time to savour authentic flavours. At the same time, we will also offer exclusive Japanese delicacies for the "Summer Tales", including fresh sashimi shipped directly from Japan, assorted tempura, okonomiyaki, A5 Wagyu teppanyaki, and grilled scallops with mentaiko. The dessert area will feature a selection of seasonal fruit desserts, such as Japanese muscat grape tarts and yuzu lemon tarts.
