In the "Redeem your code" section, either type or copy the booking reference number, which can be found below the barcode that Viator sent you. Please wait a few minutes before using the code; it will take Viator a few minutes to send it to us. 4. Once you have activated the map, you can access it for six months. 5. Ensure your mobile device is fully charged before you start the tour. 6. An internet connection is only required to download the app and tour contents. Please don't close the app during the route; you need an internet connection again to open the tour. You can disable your GPS to save battery. 7. Once you have opened the map, find the red information icon and tap it.
