You will visit the Basilica of Saint Rita, where you can admire her tomb and the reliquary that holds her body. Inside the basilica, you will also have the opportunity to reflect on the life and miracles of St. Rita, patroness of impossible cases.
Monastero di Santa Rita da Cascia
You will not miss a stop at the Monastery where the saint spent the last years of her life, immersed in silence and prayer. You will then continue to Roccaporena, the small mountain village that was the birthplace of the Saint.
Chiesa di San Giovanni
In the afternoon, you will continue to Norcia, a town famous for being the city of St. Benedict, patron saint of Europe. You will visit the Basilica of St. Benedict, where the saint's relics are preserved and his birthplace, a true center of spirituality. After admiring the beauty of the city, which preserves a historic center rich in medieval history, you will have time for a walk through the heart of Norcia.
