- Arrive at the entrance of both the Vatican and the Colosseum at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Tickets will be invalid if you arrive later.
- Security checks are mandatory at both locations, and all visitors must follow the queue, even with the tickets.
- Modest clothing is required for the Vatican: shoulders and knees must be covered.
- Students under 26 require a valid student ID to redeem student admission for the Vatican, while children under 18 (free entry) must present a valid photo ID at the Vatican.
- At the Colosseum, children under 18 must collect their tickets from cashiers 6, 7, or 8 inside the Colosseum after the security check. Present a valid photo ID to redeem child admission, as e-tickets for children are no longer offered.
- Provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Incorrect names on the voucher may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- A host will assist you with entrance procedures at the Colosseum, but this is a self-guided audio tour.
- The Hop-On, Hop-Off bus ride is available until 8:30 PM, allowing you to explore Rome’s landmarks at your own pace.

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before your tour start time. Tickets will be invalid if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. Bring your email voucher (mobile or printed copy) to the meeting point, where your guide and tickets will be ready. If you have difficulty finding the meeting point, contact us at +39 388 774 8015 for assistance. Follow the Vatican dress code: shoulders and knees must be covered to enter religious sites. Security checks are mandatory at both the Vatican and Colosseum, even with the priority tickets. Children under 18 must collect their Colosseum tickets from cashiers 6, 7, or 8 inside after the security check (free of charge). Ensure all travelers carry valid photo IDs matching the names provided during booking.
