On the scheduled day, our agent will wait for you at the airport or accommodation, with a sign with your name for better visual identification. Once we have contacted you, we proceed to relocate you in the transport ready to receive you, with a professional driver. Air-conditioned, sanitized transport with security measures against COVID-19, which will take you to your destination.
At the destination, we proceed to gin the luggage and thank you for visiting us.

Please arrive at the pick up point 180 minutes before departure time.
Our drivers will have a sign with their name and the logo of the company when they are picked up. If your transport is from the airport, the driver or agent will wait for you with your name at the exit, if your transport is from a hotel, the driver or agent will wait for you at the exit of the reception at the requested time. The price of this transfer is only for hotels in the Punta Cana, Bavaro, Cabeza de Toro, Cap. Cana, Arena Gorda and Cortesito.
Upon arrival at the airport, look for the driver or representative at the exit who will be waiting for you with a sign with your name and the company logo. If your transfer is from a hotel, the driver or representative will be waiting for you at the reception at the time established for your pick-up. If your flight is delayed or has changed flights for any reason, please notify us to reschedule the pick-up.
