Piramides de Teotihuacan
On our arrival at Teotihuacan we will begin with a guided tour (on foot) by one of our guides specialized in the history of this magical place, you will discover why Teotihuacan was the most important city in Mesoamerica in pre-Hispanic times, you will admire the greatness of its monuments (pyramid of the sun, pyramid of the moon) and the most important temples of this place.
Palacio de Tepantitla
To understand the complexity of the ancient city it is necessary to leave the monuments area – delimited by the cobblestone circuit – and go to some of the large housing complexes, such as those that can be visited today, in this case we will visit Tepantitla. This complex is located in the west sector of the city, where you can see a complex housing system and part of its development shown through several constructive levels. In some of its rooms are exhibited extraordinary murals with diverse themes, among which the murals of Tlalocan stand out for their composition, color and symbolism.
In this site we will visit the Teotihuacan underworld, in the company of our guide we will be able to discover some hidden or little known places such as the area of caves from where part of the material with which the great city of Teotihuacan was built was extracted.
