Amman
Early, at 07:00am, your driver picks you up from your hotel lobby in Amman. The driver speaks English and if you wish, he can tell you about the country, its culture and customs in general. The vehicle is air-conditioned and equipped with free WiFi. After 3 hours driving you reach Petra.
Petra
Your private guide from the Visitor Centre Petra meets you and together you start the tour. The guided tour lasts about 2 to 2.5 hours. You follow the 1.5 km long canyon, known as Siq, to the fabulous Treasury. You see the Street of Facades, pass by the Theatre, the Royal Tombs to Qasr Al Bint. Your guide provides you all the way with historical information and gives you time to make photos. At Qasr al Bint the guide says farewell to you. He matches you with the camels, and accompanied by the camel owner, you ride about 10 minutes back to the Treasury. From here you walk on your own back to the entrance gate.
Amman
Meet your driver at the Visitor Centre Petra, he will drive you back to Amman.
