Itálica Amphitheatre is one of the most well-preserved and significant Roman amphitheaters in Spain. It was built in the 1st century AD and could hold up to 25,000 spectators. Perhaps the most famous use of the Itálica Amphitheatre in modern times was as a filming location for the popular TV series "Game of Thrones."
