San Sebastian is the perfect city to move around on a bike, and visit its hotspots while riding one of our bikes is a must-do that should not be missed. Join us to find San Sebastian's most spectacular corners that otherwise would be missed.

Departing from downtown, three beaches are covered (Ondarreta, La Concha and Zurriola) and San Sebastian is crossed from edge to edge: the Comb of the Wind is reached in the Western end of Ondarreta beach, and after this the magnificent buildings that Spanish queen Maria Cristina built during her reign in the late 19th century (the so-called Belle Epoque in San Sebastian) will be seen all along the way until the Eastern end of Zurriola beach, where the Pigeon of Peace is located.

Itinerary

Buen Pastor Cathedral

The meeting point is on the stairs in front of the main entrance of Good Shepherd Cathedral. Here, we will admire San Sebastián’s largest religious building, which houses one of the biggest organs in Europe. From this spot, we will pick up the bikes and begin our tour.

La Concha Beach

First, we will explore the different landmarks along La Concha Beach, famous for its golden, fine sands. This beach holds a fascinating history, especially when its beneficial waters made it the preferred bathing destination for royalty. We will tell you the story behind iconic buildings such as the City Hall (Ayuntamiento) and the Hotel de Londres y de Inglaterra. As we cycle along the promenade, we will pass by impressive villas that still evoke the city's Belle Époque splendor.
