During your hands-on cooking lesson Angelina will teach you how to handle filo dough to prepare savory and sweet dishes like feta parcels with honey and sesame (or spanakopita!) and the easiest baklava. She will also show you how to prepare a main dish or salad.
As you learn to cook with a small ouzo in hand (indoors or outdoors), Angelina will help you understand Cycladic island gastronomy. Angelina focuses on Mykonian produce and seafood caught off the island's shores.
