What's included in Private Full-Day Winery Experience
(Subject to Option Inclusions)Enjoy a day at the vineyard that made the impossible possible: Creating high-quality wines in the middle of the world. To begin, we will tell you about our beginnings and history. Following this, we have the tour of the vineyard and the production plant. Afterwards, you will discover our wines in a tasting of 4 wines: Enigma, Paradoja, Cautivo and Tomas Carlos. To finish, we have a three-course lunch accompanied by a glass of wine under a large samán.

STARTER - Dead-awaker
Traditional Ceviche of pickled fish with vegetables and a peanut sauce accompanied by chifles. Pairing Mist Sauvignon Blanc - Chardonnay
MAIN - Lomo Pelucón
Loin medallion 150 grams, with a mix of Andean potatoes sautéed with garlic and butter, and glazed carrots. Pairing Crossing -Malbec
DESSERT - Bed, Lady and Chocolate
Ecuadorian Chocolate Mousse with sighs of bitter cocoa accompanied by pears in wine Pairing Paradox Cabernet Sauvignon - Malbec

- We must take the E40 towards Guayaquil - Vía a la Costa, upon reaching Progreso, we take highway 489, Progreso - Playas route. We arrive at the speed bump in San Antonio and turn left entering the Vía San Antonio route and follow the signs to the vineyard.
