Our Chef has been working for over ten years in haute cuisine around Italy. He immediately developed the desire to create gourmet recipes without the use of meat, fish, eggs and with only vegetable rennet cheeses. Everything is done in full respect of nature, the territory and the seasonality of the food, doing justice to the flavors and colors of the products of our land.

Your day will begin with a private tour of the city of Orvieto aboard the Orvieto Gran Tour electric bus complete with multilingual audio guide. During the tour you will discover the majestic Cathedral and the historical and architectural beauties that characterize this splendid Umbrian village. At the end of the tour you will be taken to the Vis a Vis restaurant where our Chef Patron Emanuele will guide you step by step in the art of preparing homemade pasta, creating colored doughs with you using vegetable extracts and powders. He will also teach you the techniques for rolling out, cutting and cooking pasta in the most correct way. You will have the opportunity to make friends with other guests while enjoying local cuisine created by you with the help of our Chef. During the experience you will have the opportunity to taste local oils, wines and raw materials, all in an intimate, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
