Fine-tune your appreciation of Austrian wines and charcuterie plates on this convivial 2-hour wine and food tasting in Salzburg. This approachable, fun tasting experience is all about wine and the famous matching charcuterie plates from Austria. You will learn how wine is made in Austria (who by the way has the strictest wine law in the world!) in a fun and very approachable way from a sommelière and professional wine educator. Wine and Food are woven into the Austrian culture and day-to-day life along with its history. You will try six amazing typical wine varieties along with a typical charcuterie plate called ‘Marende Platte’ which consists of different cold cuts, cheese variations along with typical spreads, and freshly baked bread.
