Start your journey bright and early from Bucharest at 06:45 with the scenic drive to the Carpathian Mountains. Your first stop Sinaia, dominated by a magnificent Neo-Renaissance gem, the Peles Castle, built in the late 19th century. Take a tour of its opulent rooms, admire the ornate woodwork or just enjoy it’s remarkable architecture and surroundings. Next, head to the famous Bran Castle, about an hour’s drive from Peles. Known as "Dracula’s Castle," Bran’s Gothic appearance and dramatic hilltop setting create a mysterious allure. The castle museum offers insights into the legends of Vlad the Impaler and Transylvanian history. After Bran, continue to Brasov, one of Romania’s most charming medieval cities. Walk through the Old Town, where cobblestone streets and the iconic Black Church await. Take in the sights around Council Square, enjoy a lunch with Romanian specialties. After that, begin the journey back to Bucharest. The return drive takes around 3 hours.
