- If you are with an infant, it can go only in a kid sit (EU certified) mounted on classic ebike. We have two. Only parents allowed to drive these bikes.
- Minimal age to be a Trike driver is 18. Maximum age to be a Trike driver for group tours is 69, for private tours - 75. Under- and over-aged alowed to go in the rear seat of a Trike or on 2-wheeled e-bikes or eScooters.
- If you have an infant (1-6 y.o) it can go in the kid sit (EUR certified) mounted on classic ebike only. We have 2 sits available.
- Not allowed to be a driver for people with autism or tremor

* The easiest way to find us - google Embassy of Japan on map, we are the next door. * You should come to our shop 10 minutes before the appointment * Please bring on you passport or ID (or a copy or picture in your mobile). We reserve the right to refuse service without any refund if you cannot approve your age. The minimum age to be a Trike driver is 18 years old; The maximum age to be a Trike driver on group trips is 69 years old, in private -75. Underage and overage can go in a rear sit of a trike or on 2 wheeler e-bikes or electric scooter with a sit. * In case of light rain (less than 1 mm per hour) you will get proper rain ponchos and tour runs as planned. In case of showers or wind more than 70 km/h tour could be re-scheduled or canceled with full refund. * There is no way to refund or re-schedule a start time for no-shows
