You can choose to be picked up from a list of locations, or alternatively, have the choice to make your own way to the meeting points
Please arrive at the pick up point 40 minutes before departure time.

We will pick you up outside of your Hotel or Lobby of your Hotel (If the option is selected)
Meeting / End Points
- This is the exact location of the activity. We will send you an email with barcodes or tickets on the day of arrival. Please go to the Play DXB Reception. You can go to the meeting point if you select the option without transfer.

Ticket Redemption
The Pass is valid for 1 person for the same day only. Retail, arcade games, F&B are not included. You can access each ride only once on Play DXB (Repetition not allowed). Digital Gate Card fees for visitors will be 5 AED at Play DXB and which is non-negotiable.
