At Chong Lad Pier on Koh Yao Yai you will switch to another speed boat which brings you further to Railay Beach. Get dropped off at the small floating pier at Railay East in front of Railay Princess Resort & Spa from where you can easily walk to the hotel.
The boat service is operating daily in low and high season.
