1. Child seats are not mandatory. Please make an appointment in advance if you need one. The supplier can provide 1 child seat free of charge. The child seat takes up 1.5 people's space, which may affect the passenger or luggage capacity. Please confirm in advance. Additional child seats require an additional fee of 2,000 yen/piece/day. If you need more than two safety seats, please confirm with the customer service.
2. The total duration of the chartered car service is 10 hours. The pick-up and drop-off points are all hotels or B&Bs in Osaka city (for pick-ups and drop-offs in different places, the driver may be required to reserve empty driving time or pay additional fees according to the actual situation). The service time is 08:00-20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably to fully visit the attractions.
3. Empty car fee: There may be a price difference when starting or ending in different places. If it occurs, the customer service will confirm with you again after placing the order.
4. Please be sure to leave your LINE ID or WhatsApp or WeChat number when ordering (after reserving, please turn on the add friend setting so that the local Japanese staff can contact you in time).
5. After placing an order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication and arrange the vehicle. The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at the latest 3 hours before the vehicle is used). Please note that you should wait for the driver to pick you up in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
6. If the actual use of the vehicle exceeds the service time or the travel distance, an overtime fee/extra mileage fee will be charged.
7. If the total journey exceeds 300 kilometers, JPY300/per kilometer will be charged.
8. If the guests with a single stay in cities outside Osaka, they need to pay the driver's accommodation fee separately: 8,000 yen.
9. Overtime rental caused by traffic congestion will still be charged regardless of natural reasons or traffic control. Important reminder: Please provide correct contact information to facilitate the supplier to contact
