- We're located at 24 Bannister's Wharf off America’s Cup Ave and south of the Newport Harbor Hotel. Look for a large flagpole, turn toward the water, walk down the brick walkway past the lemonade stand and take a left. Look for the big green canvas canopy above our ticket booth.

Please check-in at our Ticket Booth upon arrival. We're located near 24 Bannister's Wharf off America’s Cup Ave and south of the Newport Harbor Hotel. No need to print anything prior to check-in. Please bring a photo ID that matches the name listed on the reservation to the ticket booth for check-in. You agree that NCC shall not be held vicariously liable for the intentional or negligent acts of any person not employed by NCC or committed while off duty or outside the course and scope of employment. NCC shall have the benefit of all statues of the United States of America providing for limitation and exoneration from liability. NCC shall not be liable to you for damages for emotional distress, mental suffering/anguish or psychological injury. LIMITATION ON TIME TO BRING SUIT: NCC shall not be liable for any claims for personal injury, illness, or death unless filed within 1 year after voyage.
