  • In the event of attraction closure due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances, the tour guide will offer alternative arrangements
  • Travelers who leave the tour halfway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accident) will not be granted refunds or compensation
  • Please carry your passport and visa with you at all times
  • Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes in advance
  • Children aged under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult
  • Children below 8 years old must use a car seat according to local laws. If a business, high-roof, or flat-roof bus is used, each child below 8 years old must have a car seat. If traveling with children below 8 years old, please contact the local travel agency to confirm the vehicle type and car seat rental (US$8/day). Failure to do so may result in admission decline
  • Each traveler is allowed 1 piece of large-size luggage under 28" and 20 kg, as well as 1 piece of carry-on baggage
  • The itinerary is subject to change due to weather and traffic conditions
  • The tour guide will arrange optional activities. Guests can choose not to join and enjoy free time instead. Please meet the guide at the designated time and point
  • All tickets must be purchased by the tour guide. Travelers are not allowed to use the tickets they bought on their own (e.g. City Pass)

  • If the bus is late, compensation will be provided based on the delay time. However, there will be no refund of the tour fee. The tour guide will explain the compensation details on-site, and travelers must comply with the guide's arrangements accordingly

  • Please arrive at the meeting point promptly as the bus will depart on time. Participation will not be granted to late arrivals and refunds will not be granted
  • If you leave the tour halfway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accident), refunds or compensation will not be granted
  • The vehicle type will be determined 2 days before departure, based on the number of travelers, which may include but is not limited to 7/14/55 - 61-seater vehicles, adjusted according to on-site availability, potentially offering other vehicle types
  • Infants under 2 will be charged based on the vehicle type used on the day and whether they occupy a seat. If you are traveling with infant under 2, please contact Over The Planet in advance for confirming the available packages
  • As per local regulations, children age under 8, or under 145 cm in height are required to use a child seat while traveling in a vehicle. Guests are responsible for any violations and associated fines. Please specify the number of child seats needed during reservation and contact Over The Planet in advance for confirmation. Car seat rental fee is US$10/day and failure to do so may result in admission decline
  • Bilingual tour guide in both Chinese and English are available for this tour; please aware that for some experiences or attractions, bilingual guides may not be available.
